The most important step prior to any work is to assess your goals and needs
for an accounting system.
Installations

We'll first determine the best version of Simply Accounting®
by Sage for your needs.

Installations may be completed in person or we can assist you remotely
over the internet (high speed connection required).

If required, we
will set up the Chart of Accounts specifically for your business.

The conversion of your current data can also be part of
the installation so that you are able to start entering your current data
immediately.
Training
-
We believe that training should be done on a 'need to know' basis.
-
Simply Accounting® has several modules - General,
Payables, Receivables, Payroll, Time & Billing, Job Costing and Bank
Reconciliations - you only need to learn the modules that are relevant to
your business.

Most training sessions are for approximately 3 hours - we
give you hands-on experience by having you process your data.
Support
-
Very few Simply Accounting® users
know every part of the program - we are here to help with those situations
and virtually any other question that you may have.
